The University of Gloucestershire's School of Media provides the annual media festival where there are opportunities for all School of Media students to attend guest lectures, panels, workshops and get to meet an array of industry professionals. 

The media festival also provides opportunities for journalism students to host interviews with all of the guests and for television production students to live record the talks and gain valuable experience.
